Our tutors differ depending on the scheme and the instrument tuition on offer. We are all friendly teachers and musicians with over 10 years experience. All of our tutors have completed enhanced DBS checks.
Ramajay Kids operates a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying and persistent poor behaviour of any kind. Children who cannot keep the behaviour agreement, will not be allowed to continue to attend the setting. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
making a booking
When an event goes live, you will be able to book a place via the assigned booking page. If all available spaces have been filled (event is listed as fully booked), please do join our waiting list as spaces may become available at a later date.
If you give us at least 28 days’ notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel, we will refund all monies paid. If notice is between 14 and 28 days, we will refund all monies paid only if your child’s space can be filled by someone on our waiting list.
Unfortunately, refunds can not be provided if you cancel your place less than 14 days before the start date. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
